Default money from paypal

How do you get the money from paypal if one is residing out of US.i dont live in US and i have around $100 in my paypal account but they dont transfer the money into my bank account. i have to have minimum of $150 to receive a cheque from them. is there any way of receiving the money if your account balance is less than $150 and a person is living outside US?

Where do you live at? I'm from Canada, and I've never had a problem getting money from my paypal account into my bank account. They do charge a small fee (and it is reasonable) for any transaction under 150, but I've never experienced any difficulty in any request I have made.

i think you can avail all their facilities if you are living in US,UK and canada. if you are living outside, these three countries, then its a problem of getting the money. i reside in UK but am currently living in india for the last 6 months and i need to get those $100 from paypal. my UK account wont work here

I wonder - I am sure that PayPal takes into consideration that they have people subscribing from all over the world. Have you checked with them? I am sure there is a way.....

its only US,UK,canada and couple of more countries where you can avail all services of paypal. for rest of the countries, you need to have minimum of $150 in your account so that you can ask paypal to send you a cheque. i had no problems when i was in UK, but cant make full use of paypal out here

It's really a big mess to draw out money from paypal in countries other than US,UK,Canada.
In China, you should get a international credit card, and would take more than a week to transfer the money into bank account with a certain charge.
Sorry, Sigs, I have no idea for your paypal money. Just wish you good luck here.
