i have not called them up yet, but have written couple of mails but havent had any success with that. sean , are you using paypal in china and is it working peoperly with your credit card? because if it is, then i can try that too

I realize this is a bit of an older link but for the benefit of anyone reading old links like I do sometimes here's what I would suggest. Transfer your money to a trusted friend or family member (who also has a paypal account) in a country that will not have any difficulty withdrawing it. Have that person withdraw it by having Paypal send it to their bank account or by check. Then have that person send you an international money order.
If you don't have a trusted friend in one of these countries that's easier to withdraw from well I guess your out of luck until you reach the 150 amount.
There are lots of other options to widraw your money from any part of the world .Simply make an account in a local bank and from that you can make a credit card like of visa ,Icici , now just transfer money from Paypal to that card ...

The customer never leaves your site and they have the option of paying with credit card or their PayPal account which makes it so much more convenient for customers. Also with PayPal Pro you can accept payments via phone with the virtual terminal. I think PayPal Pro is much better for customers since some people don't want to go through PayPal to make payment.
