I used to sell on ebay until I submitted a credit card for payment that had my billing address instead of my street address that I had in my ebay profile. Instant suspension. Unsuspending me involves so much paperwork that I haven't even bothered. Talk about painful. I even tried opening a second account, but the instant I used the same email addy as the suspended account, the new account was suspended too.

Moral of the story? if you are going to use ebay, make sure your account details match on EVERYTHING you do with them, from your credit card details, to your profile/account details, to your paypal info/details. Otherwise, they kill ya, instantly (all in the name of customer security of course....)


I'm exploring using other auction sites now. ebay just isn't friendly any more...
