I'd add some images so the readers don't get tired of just seeing letters. Also, I'd change the headers for something more enthusiastic. "Spring Clean on eBay!" tells me nothing. "Prepaid Debit Cards… Are They Worth It?" I don't want a debit card because I'm searching how to MAKE money, not how to spend it.

Try changing the background colours of the navigation menu, or the colour of the letters. White letters on sky blue can't be read that well.

The advertisement is too expensive, considering is a PR1 blog. Also, try to bold the "Advertise" text. You want your visitors to see that

If your sponsors are paying you with affiliate commissions, why not write blog entries for them? Like "GUESS WHAT :| I found this incredible hosting company offering blah blah".
